• Can I modify or cancel my order?Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven't been shipped. Please contact support@saintly.in immediately for changes.

Returns & Exchanges

• What is your return policy? We offer a 7-day return/exchange period from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Are any items non-returnable? Yes. For hygiene reasons, items such as underwear, earrings, socks, and swimwear without the hygienic sticker cannot be returned.
• How do I start a return? Log in to your account on saintlytrends.com, go to "My Orders," and follow the prompts to request a return or exchange. A courier will be scheduled for home collection.
