At Saintly, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange your items under the following guidelines.

Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return period from the delivery date for all purchases made online at www.saintlytrends.com or www.saintly.in. This return policy is in addition to your statutory rights for online order cancellations.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items:
•    Underwear
•    Swimsuits without the hygienic sticker
•    Earrings
•    Hosiery
•    Socks

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
•    Be unused and unwashed
•    Have all original interior and exterior labels attached
•    Be accompanied by the original purchase receipt
•    Have no repairs or alterations made

Return Process
•    Returns must be processed within the same market where the purchase was made.
•    Customers can request a home collection by logging into their account on our website and obtaining a return label.

Right to Refuse
Saintly reserves the right to decline returns if:
•    The return period of 7 days has elapsed.
•    The garment is not in its original condition or does not comply with our policy guidelines.
•    Proof of return shipment is not provided.
Important Notice
•    Each return request must correspond to a single order. If you are returning items from multiple orders, you must submit separate return requests.
•    Saintly is not liable for returns that combine items from different orders under a single collection request.

Responsibility for Delivery
•    If you choose to return items using a non-designated shipping method, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
•    In the event of loss or damage during transit, the customer bears the risk and cost of the product.

Defective or Faulty Product Policy
If you receive a defective or faulty product, we will assess its condition upon return.
•    If the defect is confirmed and the item is available in stock, we will replace or refund the product based on your preference.

Home Return Policy
Customers have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery confirmation to initiate a return.
Steps to Request a Return:
1.    Log in to your account and go to the "Return and Exchange" or "My Order" section.
2.    Enter the required details such as order number and mobile number/email ID.
3.    Ensure the items are properly packed in their original order box.
4.    Once the return is confirmed, a courier will collect your package.

Multiple Orders:
•    If you wish to return items from different orders, separate collection requests must be submitted for each.
•    Returns must be processed in the same country or market as the purchase.
Important: Saintly is not responsible for:
•    Returns that include items from multiple orders in a single shipment.
•    Returns processed under the collection request of a different order.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the order.
•    Refunds will be completed within a maximum of 15 days, depending on bank processing times.
•    For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer if the return request is submitted online.

Refund Discrepancy Notification
If you believe your refund amount is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service at info@saintly.in. Our team will promptly review and resolve any issues.
Note: Saintly reserves the right to decline refunds if the return request:
•    Exceeds the return period.
•    Includes garments not in their original condition.

Exchange Policy
Customers can exchange items purchased online exclusively through our online store within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation.
Conditions for Exchange:
•    Exchanges are permitted only for the same item (identical reference number) in a different size or color.
•    The item must be in pristine condition and in stock.
•    Exchanges will be processed free of charge, even if the price of the item has changed since purchase.
