1. Shipping Coverage & Locations
We currently ship across India and selected international destinations. International shipping availability is determined at checkout based on your location. If your pin code is unserviceable, you will be notified at the time of checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours from the time of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your order details and tracking information.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary based on location:
For Domestic Orders (India): Metro Cities: 3-5 business days Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days Remote Areas & North-East India: 7-10 business days For International Orders: Standard International Shipping: 7-15 business days Express International Shipping (if available): 5-10 business days International delivery timelines are subject to customs clearance delays.
4. Shipping Charges & Fees
For Domestic Orders (India): Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders Below ₹999: A standard shipping charge of ₹100 applies. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Additional COD handling fee may apply, which will be displayed at checkout. For International Orders: Shipping fees vary based on the destination country and order weight. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer. These charges are determined by the respective country’s regulations.
5. Order Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s status. You can also track your order by entering your Order ID in the ‘Track Order’ section on our website. If there is any delay in transit, we will notify you via email or SMS.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
COD is available for select pin codes within India. The full order amount must be paid in cash at the time of delivery. If a COD order is refused at delivery, customers may be restricted from placing future COD orders.
7. Shipping Partners & Handling
We have partnered with trusted courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, FedEx, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery. All orders are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
8. Delays, Missing, or Lost Shipments
We strive to deliver on time, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our support team for assistance. If an order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out within 48 hours for an investigation. In cases of lost shipments, we will initiate a verification process with our courier partner. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
9. Address Changes & Order Modifications
Once an order is placed, changes to the shipping address can only be made within 12 hours of purchase. To request an address change, please contact our customer support team immediately. Address modifications cannot be made once the order is dispatched.
10. International Shipping Terms
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT, which are determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees at checkout. Customs clearance delays are beyond our control and may affect delivery timelines. If an international order is refused at customs due to non-payment of duties, we will be unable to process a refund.
11. Holiday & Festive Season Shipping
During peak shopping seasons, such as festivals, holidays, and special sale periods, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual due to high demand. We recommend placing orders in advance to avoid delays.
