Saintly Rewards Program (SLP)

The Saintly Loyalty Program (SLP) is offered by Saintly Trends Pvt. Ltd. (“Saintly”, “we”, “our”, “us”) to reward our valued customers for shopping with us at www.saintlytrends.com

By participating in the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

Membership is free and automatically available to all customers who create an account on www.saintlytrends.com

The program is valid only for purchases made on our official website.

2. Earning Points

Customers earn 2.5% reward points on the net value of every eligible purchase (after discounts, excluding shipping charges and taxes).

Points will be credited to your account once your order is successfully delivered.

Saintly reserves the right to change the earning rate without prior notice.

3. Redeeming Points

1 Point = ₹1 redemption value.

Points can be redeemed on your next purchase at checkout.

Points cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or transferred to another account.

Points redemption may not be combined with certain special promotions, unless explicitly stated.

4. Validity of Points

Reward points are valid for 6 months from the date they are credited.

Expired points will be automatically removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Adjustments

If you return or cancel an order, the points earned on that order will be deducted from your account.

If you redeemed points on a returned or cancelled order, those points will not be refunded.

6. Program Changes & Termination

Saintly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program or its terms at any time without prior notice.

In the event of program termination, unused points will expire and have no cash value.

7. Fraud & Misuse

Any misuse of the program (including but not limited to account duplication, fraudulent activity, or abuse of offers) may result in suspension of membership and forfeiture of points.

8. General Conditions

Membership in SLP has no fees.

Points have no cash value outside the program.

Participation in SLP constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and our standard Privacy Policy and Return Policy.
