10. Delivery Terms

In the absence of a specified date, we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe corresponding to the selected delivery method. However, such delivery shall not exceed 30 days from the Order Confirmation date.

Unforeseen Delays: Delivery may be subject to delays arising from unforeseen circumstances or issues related to your designated delivery zone. In the event that we are unable to fulfill delivery by the originally stipulated date, we will notify you promptly, offering the options to either proceed with a revised delivery date or to cancel the order, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Delivery Days: Please be advised that home deliveries will not be executed on Sundays or public holidays.

Completion of Delivery: For the purposes of these terms, delivery shall be deemed complete when you, or an authorized third party, take physical possession of the goods. This is to be evidenced by a signed receipt at the delivery address provided by you.

 

11. Delivery Issues 

In the event we are unable to deliver your order, we shall make reasonable efforts to leave it in a secure location. If such a location is not available, the order will be returned to our warehouse or retail outlet. A notice will be left at your address, detailing the subsequent steps for retrieval or to reschedule the delivery.

If you are not present at the agreed-upon delivery time, we kindly request that you contact us to arrange for a subsequent delivery attempt.

Should we be unable to fulfill the delivery within 30 days from the date your order was first available for delivery, for reasons not attributable to us, it will be deemed that you have opted to cancel the contract. Consequently, the contract shall be considered terminated. Upon such termination, we will initiate a refund of all payments made, including any standard delivery charges, without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date of termination.

Please be advised that any additional transportation costs incurred as a result of this contract termination may be charged to you.

 

12. Transfer of Risk and Ownership 

In accordance with applicable Indian law, the responsibility for the products shall transfer to the Buyer upon delivery, as stipulated in Clause 10 of this agreement. Ownership of the products shall be conferred upon the Buyer only upon the receipt of full payment, encompassing any applicable delivery charges, or at the time of delivery, whichever event occurs later.

 

13. Pricing and Payment Terms

Multiple Card Storage: Users are permitted to store multiple payment cards within their account. The feature allows users to designate a "Favourite Card" for expedited transactions. The most recently saved card will automatically be designated as the Favourite Card, but users retain the right to modify this selection at any time within the "My Account" section.

The Company reserves the right to refuse returns if it reasonably suspects that the product has been used or damaged (except in cases where the product was damaged upon delivery). Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days of receiving the withdrawal request and will be credited to the original method of payment. For purchases made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued through bank transfer within twenty (20) days following the successful return of the product via home collection. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the return is completed within one month of receiving the Order Confirmation.

17.2 Exceptions to Withdrawal Rights

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to the following categories of products:

• Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery for hygiene reasons

• Goods that have been damaged or used prior to withdrawal

• Accessories

Refunds will be processed within twenty (20) days of the return, excluding any delivery or home collection fees. The Company may withhold the refund until the product is received or until proof of return is provided.

Returns can be made to the address indicated on the receipt, or customers may arrange for a home collection. The Company will inspect the returned item and will notify the customer of the decision regarding refund or replacement within fifteen (15) days.
