Membership terms and conditions
SAINTLY® Rewards
SAINTLY® Rewards (“SRP”) is a loyalty programme offered by Saintly Trends Private Limited to recognize and reward customers for their continued association with the brand. Participation in the programme is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
SAINTLY® Rewards is available to registered customers who make purchases on www.saintlytrends.com. Membership is automatic upon account creation and completion of an eligible purchase.
2. Earning Rewards
Members earn 2.5% reward value on the net order value of each eligible purchase.
Net order value excludes taxes, shipping charges, gift wrapping, and any promotional adjustments.
Reward points are credited to the member’s account only after successful delivery of the order.
3. Reward Value & Redemption

1 Reward Point = ₹1

Reward points may be redeemed on a subsequent purchase at checkout

Reward points cannot be redeemed on the same order in which they are earned
Reward points hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
4. Validity & Expiry
Reward points are valid for 6 months from the date of credit.
Unused points will expire automatically after the validity period and cannot be reinstated.
5. Usage Conditions

Reward points may be partially or fully redeemed, subject to system availability

Redemption is applicable only on eligible products as determined by SAINTLY®

Reward points cannot be combined with certain limited-time or restricted offers, where applicable
6. Returns & Cancellations

If an order is cancelled or returned, the corresponding reward points earned on that order will be reversed

If reward points were redeemed on an order that is later returned, the redeemed value will not be reissued
7. Programme Integrity
SAINTLY® Rewards is designed to recognize genuine customer engagement. Any misuse, manipulation, or abuse of the programme—including fraudulent activity or system exploitation—may result in suspension or termination of membership and forfeiture of accrued rewards.
8. Programme Modifications
Saintly Trends Private Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue SAINTLY® Rewards, in part or in full, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on the website and shall be effective immediately upon publication.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
